In 2005 he graduated from the Faculty of Law, specializing in the Department of Civil Law, qualified as a "lawyer" in the specialty "jurisprudence"; From 2005 to 2008, he studied full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics of the Altai State University. Candidate's thesis - "Features of the investigation of illegal remote access to computer information" - defended in 2009 at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, awarded the degree of candidate of legal sciences in the specialty 12.00.12 "Criminalistics; forensic activities; operational-search activity.
Contribution to science
In 2006, a nominal scholarship of the head of the city of Barnaul was awarded for success in scientific work. In 2009, he defended his Ph.D. thesis at the DC at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation on the topic: “Features of the investigation of illegal remote access to computer information” (supervisor Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Honored Lawyer of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Law, Professor V.K. Gavlo). In 2013 he became the winner of the All-Russian competition of grants of the President of the Russian Federation for state support of young Russian scientists with the project: "Legal problems of preventing crimes in the field of computer information". He was a participant in the project "Development of new methods for ensuring information security to prevent terrorist activities and crimes in the field of high technologies" of the Analytical Departmental Target Program of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In 2014, he was awarded the SibROUMO diploma for education in the field of information security. In 2015 he was awarded a letter of thanks from BSUEP. In 2016, he became the winner of the All-Russian grant competition held by the Russian Humanitarian Foundation with the project: "Forensic features of crimes in the field of computer information" (2015-2018). In 2017, he became an executor under a grant from the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Administration of the Altai Territory in the field of information security. He was the supervisor of a successfully defended dissertation by his graduate student. He has more than 130 scientific papers and educational publications.
