Abstract (English):
The article examines the victimological risks of entrepreneurial activity associated with the victimization of entrepreneurs leading to the commission of murder for hire. The structure of victims of hired killers reflects that every third victim lost his life in connection with entrepreneurial activity. The analysis of materials of forensic and investigative practice made it possible to identify typical factors of entrepreneur victimization. The mechanism of committing murder for hire is based on a conflict between the potential victim and the customer of the crime. The conflict can be open or latently. The study of the victimization of a person in connection with entrepreneurial activity should be used in the victimological prevention of murder for hire.
