The article estimates the disadvantages of the existing method of thermal destruction of substances and materials, the use of which may be used within the production of fire-technical examination. The author offers the technical refinement of the method, allowing to eliminate the existing shortcomings and expand the possibilities of this method of sample preparation. Improvements are simple, effective, inexpensive.
