The article also focuses on the importance of spiritual and moral education of citizens of the Russian Federation and the police as the most important participants in the process of ensuring and protection of rights and freedoms of the individual. The urgency of consideration of the topic due to the fact that at the present stage of life of the modern world as never before there is a need for quality maintenance and improvement of the moral, spiritual and moral qualities in the activities of the police.
