Formation of the police as a person requires from employees of the University and the company constantly and consciously organized by the improvement of the system of public education. The main condition for the effectiveness of education should be an independent choice of students of the content and aims of a future activities. It is important for the cadets and students in the period of training before my eyes was the ideal of the police and the example of the teachers[††††].
