High fire risk is an essential disadvantage of polymeric materials which are widely used in industry and life. Materials and productions of thermoplastic melt. While burning they emit lot of smoke and the temperature of fire rises. There are some ways to reduce fire risk of polymeric materials and their productions, and one of the most effective methods is addition of fire retardant. After adding pioneer derived phosphoprous-containing compounds the fire risk of polyvinylchloride plastisols was reduced. During the investigation it was established that new fire retardants act as heat-loss stabilizers[‡‡‡].
