Abstract. The article examines the strategic directions of countering criminal encroachments on cultural values. It is concluded that it is necessary to form a single normative legal act regulating the activities of regulatory and law enforcement agencies in the field of countering criminal encroachments on cultural values; develop a systematic approach to solving the problem of developing a forensic strategy in the system of criminology; multi-integration of scientific knowledge into criminology from the field of cybersecurity, digital technologies. Recommendations are offered to practitioners on improving digital, scientific, methodological, and preventive directions for countering criminal encroachments on cultural values.
