Abstract (English):
The Main feature of the investigation of economic crimes in the field of construction is that the information base of proof is formed in the process of their identification. In this regard, at the time of detection, it is necessary to pay attention to the quality of the information that law enforcement agencies receive. However, this does not mean that in the course of the preliminary investigation there is no search work, and all that is done is only in the nature of fixing the previously obtained data. This is the subject of the article.
