The article considers the features of the criminal proceedings and the typical investigative situations of the initial investigation stage of terrorist nature crimes. After studying the typical investigative situations, some recommendations on the tactics of carrying out operational-search and investigative actions in the investigation are developed. The content of the private forensic methodology for investigating terrorist nature crimes is revealed.
