This article analyzes some aspects of the procedural status of juveniles, in particular, paid attention to the guarantees of the rights of minors. The paper presents peculiarities of interrogation of minor and suggested the need for joint work of the psychologist and the person conducting a preliminary investigation. Particularly acute the question of the duration of the interrogation of minors. In this regard, in this article the author suggests to improve the practice of application of the code of criminal procedure.
