Abstract (English):
Currently, in the Russian Federation there is an intensive promotion of a healthy lifestyle. Create a variety of youth movement "Life without drugs!", In spite of this increase in the number of young people who use so-called "Spice", as well as highly concentrated drugs that cause addictive. In this connection, the criminal law is one of the strongest means to counter the mentioned trends.
