Abstract (English):
In the article the concept of urgent investigative actions. In the comparison of individual articles of the CCP RF authors revealed contradictory provisions relating to the concept of urgent investigative actions. The analysis identified the signs of urgent investigative actions and proposals aimed at improving the criminal procedure legislation.
