Abstract (English):
The paper presents a comparative analysis of the factors affecting the road traffic safety, as well as analysis of the causes of road accidents. As a result, it was found that most of the accidents in the autumn-winter period, less can be considered an emergency in March, April. The research allowed to identify a number of factors affecting the total number of road accidents. An increase in the accident rate significantly may depend not only on systematic factors such as weather conditions, the state of the coating, light exposure, but also on the psycho-physiological state of a person
