Abstract (English):
The article concerns the necessity of research in the field of indirect evidence application. Such research work was conducted only in the middle of the ХХth century. There are modern researches is spoken about need of researches relating to the theory of evidence but they consider this topic in general, paying little attention to specific use of indirect evidence in criminal procedure. The author points out that in most cases of criminal investigations we have only indirect evidence. The author comes to conclusion that it is very important to develop indirect evidence technique.
