The article discusses the importance of other procedural actions at the time of suspension of the preliminary investigation. Analyzes the RF criminal code, Comments to the criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation, the scientific literature in relation to elaboration of the concept «other legal proceedings», the order of production and the list of data of action. Is determined by the lack of regulation of the concepts, proposes its own term and a list of other procedural actions
