Administrative-legal acts - one of the types of legal acts. However, despite the unanimity of the authors in this approach to the definition of the concept of administrative-legal instrument, the definitions differ significantly from each other. In the definition of administrative-right-wing acts through the concept of legal acts in the capacity of specific (General and significant), you can specify only on their purpose and publication in the course of management activities[††] .
