Falshivomonetnichestvo condition in the region and the criminological characteristic of persons it made, cause a question of the reasons of this phenomenon, the factors promoting its growth in modern society. The problem of the reasons and crime conditions already for a long time remains central and the most difficult in criminology. The mechanism of action of the reasons and the conditions forming and feeding this type of crime is very difficult and problematic. It is important to reveal major factors, influencing on which, it is possible to change partly at least a criminogenic situation in this territory.[§§]
