In this article is described the moral and psychological description of corruptionist, also are identified the participants of corruption activity. In this Hierarchy was analyzed the classification of the corruption participants, including the examples from the practical activity. Generally were detected service payment’s amount and form of corruption bargain. On the basis of this analysis was elicited the definition of corruption connection*.
