Priority national projects: 1. Formation, 2. Health, 3. Accessible habitation, 4. Development of agriculture. Results of check of execution of the legislation at realization of national projects have shown that national projects even more often become object of criminal encroachments. All facts of plunders of budgetary funds differ on ways of fulfillments of criminal acts, a circle of participants, character of the come consequences. These features are necessary for considering at investigation of each crime [†] .
