The article discusses the problem of using indirect evidence in criminal proceedings, it is noted that indirect evidence should be used in a systematic set. It is a systematic approach in indirect proof that can ensure the reliability of the findings of the circumstances to be proved in a criminal case. The authors come to the conclusion that the system from evidence, formed on the basis of a comprehensive, complete and objective approach, allows the logical and most important thing to reliably establish the main fact, as well as other elements of the subject of proof.
