В научной статье анализируется проблема избыточного назначения отдельных видов судебных экспертиз на стадии предварительного расследования. Обосновывается необходимость проработки возможных способов оптимизации и упрощения предварительного расследования путем разработки правовых оснований и оперативно-тактических приемов решения проблемы избыточного назначения судебных экспертиз, в том числе путем производства отдельных следственных действий, перечень которых приводится в настоящей статье. Даются рекомендации по тактике назначения и производства товароведческой и бухгалтерской судебных экспертиз. Приводятся выработанные следственной практикой критерии обоснованности назначения экспертиз в целом.
The scientific article analyzes the problem of the excessive appointment of certain types of forensic examinations at the stage of preliminary investigation. The article substantiates the need to study possible ways to optimize and simplify the preliminary investigation by developing legal grounds and operational and tactical methods for solving the problem of excessive appointment of forensic examinations, including through the production of individual investigative actions, the list of which is given in this article. Recommendations are given on the tactics of appointment and production of commodity science and accounting forensic examinations. The criteria developed by investigative practice for the validity of the appointment of examinations in general are given.
