Статья посвящена проблеме выявления и фиксации фактов уголовно-наказуемых деяний, связанных с организацией занятия проституцией и вовлечением в занятие проституцией в виртуальной среде. Рассмотрены изменения в структуре и формах проституции в условиях глобализации и информатизации общества, а также рост вовлеченности организованных преступных групп в эту сферу. Особое внимание уделяется необходимости адаптации субъектов оперативно-розыскной деятельности к новым условиям. Проанализированы возможности современных достижений технологий машинного обучения, а также предлагаются рекомендации по повышению эффективности работы правоохранительных органов в области выявления обозначенной сферы преступной деятельности.
The article is devoted to the problem of revealing and fixing the facts of criminal acts related to the organization of prostitution and involvement in prostitution in the virtual environment. Changes in the structure and forms of prostitution in the conditions of globalization and informatization of society, as well as the growth of involvement of organized criminal groups in this sphere are considered. Special attention is paid to the necessity of adaptation of subjects of operative and investigative activity to new conditions. The possibilities of modern achievements of machine learning technologies are analyzed, and recommendations are offered to improve the effectiveness of law enforcement agencies in the field of detection of the designated sphere of criminal activity
