Одно из центральных мест в информационном обеспечении выявления, раскрытия и расследования преступлений занимают натурные коллекции, являющиеся элементом экспертно-криминалистических учетов и справочно-информационных фондов (справочно-вспомогательных учетов). Современное состояние и положение фондов объектов, представленных в натурной форме, в системе криминалистической регистрации МВД России детерминировано первоначальными целями их ведения, развитием методов и средств судебно-экспертных исследований, непрерывным совершенствованием представления о сущности и структуре массивов криминалистически значимой информации, а также содержанием действовавших ранее нормативных правовых актов и методических рекомендаций к ним. В статье проведен анализ деятельности отечественных ЭКП во второй половине XX века по формированию и ведению натурных коллекций, результатом которого является установление конкретных предпосылок, обусловивших современное состояние криминалистических натурных коллекций.
One of the central places in the information support for the detection, disclo-sure and investigation of crimes is occupied by full-scale collections, which are an element of forensic records and reference and information funds (reference and auxiliary records). The current state and position of the funds of objects presented in full-scale form in the system of forensic registration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is determined by the initial goals of their management, the de-velopment of methods and means of forensic research, continuous improve-ment of the idea of the essence and structure of arrays of criminally significant information, as well as previously valid regulatory legal acts and methodologi-cal recommendations to them. In this connection, the article analyzes the activities of domestic ECPs in the second half of the XX century on the formation and maintenance of full-scale collections, the result of which is the establishment of specific prerequi-sites that led to the modern idea of forensic full-scale collections.
