В статье рассмотрены специфические черты, характерные для преступлений в сфере экономической деятельности. Автором обращено внимание на то обстоятельство, что в условиях стремительно развивающегося информационного общества наблюдается рост числа преступлений в экономическом секторе, совершаемых с использованием новейших технологий. В результате проведенного исследования сделан вывод о влиянии особенностей данной категории преступлений на процессуальные сроки проведения предварительной проверки и необходимости их увеличения.
The article examines the specific features characteristic of crimes in the field of economic activity. The author draws attention to the fact that in the conditions of a rapidly developing information society, there is an increase in the number of crimes in the economic sector committed using the latest technologies. As a result of the conducted research, a conclusion was made about the influence of the features of this category of crimes on the procedural time limits for conducting a preliminary check and the need to increase them.
