В данной статье рассматриваются проблемы укрепления процессуального положения следователя, его процессуальной самостоятельности и независимости, что в настоящее время является важным условием успешного расследования преступлений. Ущемление независимости и процессуальной самостоятельности следователя в любой его форме противоречит законодательству, и служит основанием для снижения инициативы следователя в расследовании уголовных дел, что в свою очередь создает условия для снижения личной ответственности следователя за принятые решения и расследование уголовного дела в целом.
This article discusses the issues of strengthening the procedural provisions of the investigator, his procedural autonomy and independence that is now essential for the successful investigation of crimes.
